LARGE GROUP ACCOMMODATION: FAMILY GATHERING, DIGITAL DETOX, RAMBLERS?

Outposts offer large group accommodation, catering and outdoor adventurous activities for up to 80. Although off the beaten track we are ideally situated for walking and mountain biking, nestled in the Quantocks Hills – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether you’re looking for large group accommodation as a family, for an organisation such as ramblers and mountain bikers or for a dry hire for an event, we would love to hear from you.

Activities

Activities we can offer on-site include archery, air guns, team building tasks and bush craft. Off-site experiences include coasteering, stand-up paddling, climbing and caving.

Venue Hire

Are you looking for a rustic, countryside venue in Somerset for an event? We offer our venue ‘The Bush Camp’ and its large group accommodation for anyone looking for a dry hire.

WHY STAY AT OUTPOSTS?

SECLUDED LOCATION

Outposts’ large group accommodation and activities are based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – the Quantock Hills. We’re tucked away on a 70-acre farm surrounded by stunning countryside and not a lot else.

#GETOUTSIDE

We believe in the power of the great outdoors and there is certainly enough evidence out there to confirm that exposure to nature improves health and well being. Even if it is just for a weekend, that opportunity to switch off and relax is invaluable.

ECO-CREDENTIALS

Outposts was founded on the back of strong eco-friendly values from day one and they continue to drive the business today. This includes green energy, eco-loos and showers, recycling and a mindset where thinking of the environment comes first.

DIGITAL DETOX

Due to the beautiful secluded location, mobile signal is dire and 4G is a miracle when you can connect to it. We’ve got WiFi in our offices but the Bush Camp remains wonderfully unconnected so you can enjoy a full digital detox.

“It was so great to have the team organise the activities for the large group to ensure the bride was stress free to enjoy herself”
