CORPORATE TALENT DEVELOPMENT: SECURING THE PIPELINE

The corporate Talent Development programmes Outposts provide help school leavers, apprentices and graduates to realise their potential and align them with your company culture. Our programmes focus on soft skills such as communication, problem-solving and leadership as well as dealing with motivation and engagement.

Induction

Outposts’ induction programme is designed to help new recruits to bond as a team, improving skills they’ll need in the workplace such as communication, problem-solving and leadership.

ILM qualifications: company

Outposts is an ILM Approved Centre and as such has developed courses specifically for graduates and apprentices to undertake ILM qualifications in leadership, management and teamwork. These programmes take place at our HQ as an intensive programme from three up to five days depending on the level.

ILM qualifications: individual

Outposts offer an ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Management for individuals to join. These programmes take place on set dates. Please contact us to find out more.

Overnight Camping For Added Adventure!

 

Why not extend your apprentice Talent Development Programme to include an overnight camp? The day’s activities, fun and laughter can continue into the evening with a BBQ and sharing stories around the campfire.
