Our training & development programmes are designed to inspire management and staff to greater effectiveness and productivity through participation in, and successful completion of, tasks & challenges. These tasks and challenges have been carefully and appropriately designed to bring about a positive and sustained change in individual, team and corporate behaviour & performance.
Training may comprise a one day session, residential programme (in UK or abroad) or a progressive training programme of multiple sessions, delivered over an extended period of time. Ask about the £1,000 grant for which you may be eligible.

We are endorsed by the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management.) In addition to our own programmes we provide support to other ILM training providers in the delivery of all, or part, of their ILM-accredited training programmes.
Outposts can design, deliver and assess training programmes in support of companies and organisations providing other qualifications for their employees such as: BTEC in Sport & Public Services; Leadership & coaching BTEC; also in support of companies' and organisations' own external or internal training & development programmes.
